All plants are in half litre pots or larger, carriage charges reduce proportionally for larger orders. For UK mainland areas, the table below shows how p&p is calculated. If you make a list from our catalogue pages, the carriage charge will be worked out there. Please note that for Highlands and Islands, carriage may cost more, according to parcel weight.

Most parcels are sent via. FedEx and are usually delivered by express parcel vans during working hours on weekdays only, not by the normal postman. In case no one is in, it is important that you fill in the 'Delivery Instructions' box at the bottom of the order form. Please describe briefly where you would like the parcel left, or give an alternative delivery address nearby. The driver will also put a card in your letter-box. These instructions are sent to the FedEx computer, as well as appearing on the label, enabling the driver to leave the parcel without signature, rather than return it to the Depot.
Channel Isles, Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, I.O.M. & Scillies orders will be sent by the most cost effective means. Some orders to these areas may require a surcharge. However we will let you know if this applies as soon as possible.
Your order can also be collected from the nursery, we will let you know when it is ready.
